TRY-OUTS
*Its hard to believe it but it's time to start thinking about try-outs for the 2011 season! All try-outs will be held on Sunday, August 15th at Martin Field in Concord, weather permitting. Times are listed below.

-U10's @ 9:00am

-U12's @ 11:30am

-U14's @ 2:00pm

-U16's @ 4:30pm

*The NH Lighting Organization is considering starting a U23 Division! Please use the contact information below to let us know if you are interested in playing competitive fast-pitch softball after high-school and/or during the college off-season. If enough players are interested we will move forward with this exciting opportunity.

*Welcome to the 2010 Caroline Farley Memorial Tournament from Rob "Papa" Farley

     On behalf of the Farley family, I would like to welcome you to the fifth annual Farley Tournament. It is hard to believe that the fifth anniversary of this great tournament is upon us. We are grateful to the NH Lightning Organization for everything that they have done to make this tournament a success. They have embodied the enthusiasm and positive attitude towards the game of softball that was the soul of Caroline. She always brought hard work and a cheerful smile to the softball field. It is our sincere hope that her legacy will live on with many more softball games and tournaments yet to come.

     This tournament was developed in the memory of a terrific Mom, coach and the ultimate softball fan. Caroline served on the board of directors for the NH Lightning organization from its inception to her death in 2005. She also served on the board of directors for the Suncook Little League who named one of their fields in her honor. She instilled the “love of the game” in her daughters who played for both the NH Comets and on the first NH Lightning team in 2004.

     I look forward to watching your games. With her spirit in mind, play hard, have fun and stay safe.
